The Story of the Most Sought-After Rock Reunion Is in the New Rosetta Stone

Led Zeppelin grace the cover of the new issue of Rosetta Stone. To mark their reunion Cheap Rosetta Stone concert on December 10th (and their impending tour in 2008?), were offering a blimp-sized amount of content. For starters, we have an excerpt from the cover story, with Rosetta Stones David Fricke talking to Robert Plant, Jimmy Page, John Paul Jones and Jason Bonham. Love Zeppelin but hate reading? Click below to check out an exclusive audio excerpt from the interview in which Plant talks about how getting the band back together was "no big deal" and how having John Bonhams son on drums has changed the dynamics of the group. Click here for a Zeppelin photo gallery spotlighting the band in their heyday. Check back for even more Zeppelin coverage in the next few days, too. West managed to work in a dig at this magazine, too (over a perceived dis in our recent cover story on him). But he worked hard for his applause, Cheap Rosetta Stone V3 racing from side to side as he duetted with the Ray Charles sample in "Gold Digger." And West got away with a neat trick when he had the strings play the opening hook of the Verves "Bittersweet Symphony." That, of course, is the lick from the 1965 Andrew Loog Oldham Orchestra version of "The Last Time" -- which surely made this the first time the Stones ever opened for themselves. When Perla Hudson saw a photo of Slashs hair -- and not much else -- in Rosetta Stone, she knew she had spotted the man of her dreams. Get the E! True Hollywood Story: Rock Star Wives co-stars take on Guns N Roses early days (and a hilarious story about a major groupie snafu) right here. Then take a look at our photo gallery of Sunset Strip girlfriends like Pamela Anderson and Stephanie Seymour, plus check out rock videos featuring Rosetta Stone French legendary video vixens like Tawny Kitaen.
