On Your Side® when a mishap occurs – this time whether you’re a customer or not.Touted as the first-ever claims application for a mobile device from an insurance company, Nationwide Mobile is designed to support any Apple iPhone user after they are involved in a car accident.Available free via an Apple App Store download, this new iPhone app is packed with a variety of features that quickly guide users through some of the important steps to take after an accident. With the touch of a few buttons, users can contact emergency services, exchange information with another driver, or take photos of the scene and any damage. Additional functions allow users to request an auto insurance quote or find a local Nationwide insurance agent, too. Enhanced capabilities, such as locating a Blue RibbonSM Repair Facility, having a tow truck dispatched and submitting information to immediately begin the claims process, are available to Nationwide customers.Intended to enhance customer service by improving response times and providing more personalization, Nationwide Mobile proves to be a true extension of the company’s new ‘I am On Your Side®’ ad campaign and brand promise.The app was developed through Nationwide’sRosetta Stone Italian
